Q: How would I gain access to the apartment/house?
A: There are door entry systems on the properties (with the exception of 7 Royal Parade where you will be met and welcomed into the apartment by our Apartment Manager, Tomasz). We provide each guest with a unique code in order that they can let themselves in. Alternatively we offer the option to be met and welcomed into the property by Tomasz.
Q: Where can we park on arrival?
A: Each property comes with a residents parking permit (with the exception of 7 Royal Parade which has its own private, off road parking & Number 14*) which can be found inside each apartment (usually on display on a desk, dining table or sideboard). This permit allows guests to park in the residents parking zone on the house side of the road. There are also free for all, no restrictions parking spaces on the opposite side of the road for additional cars.

Q: Will there be a welcome pack in the apartment/house on arrival?
A: There is no welcome pack as such however we do provide a starter supply of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, toilet roll. We also provide the following in the kitchen: olive oil, salt, pepper, tinfoil, clingfilm, dishwasher tablets, teatowels, dishcloths, scourer, washing powder/tablets, washing up liquid and a few cleaning products. There is also a vacuum cleaner in each property.
Q: What do we do on departure?
A: Ensure the keys and parking permit are inside the property and then simply shut the door behind you!
Q: When can we arrive and what time do we need to depart?
A: Arrival can be anytime from 2pm onwards and we kindly ask that guests leave by 10am on their day of departure.
Local Amenities
Q: How far is the town from the apartments/house?
A: The town is literally on your doorstep! Montpellier is just across the road from the apartments/house and this is where you will find a good selection of high quality boutique shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The Promenade, Cheltenham’s main shopping avenue, is just a 2 minute stroll away and this leads onto the High Street where you will find chain stores such as M&S, WHSmith etc.
Q: How far is the nearest supermarket from the apartments/house?
A: Waitrose & Tesco are a 2 minute drive away. Waitrose is located just off St Georges Road and Tesco is just beyond. Cheltenham Waitrose is combined with John Lewis and therefore offers a wonderful shopping experience with everything you could possibly need under one roof ! There are also 2 small Co-operative stores on Bath Road and a small Tesco store on the High Street .
Q: How far is the train/bus station from the apartments?
A: The train station is a 15 minute walk (or a 2 minute car journey) away, heading out of town on the A40. The bus station is just behind The Promenade (a 2 minute walk from the apartments/house).
Q: How far is the Everyman theatre/Town Hall from the apartments/house?
A: The Town Hall is located in Imperial Gardens and is just a minutes walk from Montpellier Spa Road/7 Royal Parade. The Everyman theatre is just off The Promenade (a 5 minute walk).
Q: Do you provide restaurant recommendations, information on local attractions, days out, events etc?
A: Yes – each apartment has a guest information pack which includes a brief overview of all of the above as well as information about the apartment. We also provide town maps and Tourist Board brochures including Cheltenham’s eating out guide.
Apartment Supplies/Equipment/Services
Q: Is there an iron & ironing board in the apartment/house?
A: Yes.
Q: Is there a hairdryer in the apartment/house?
A: Yes.
Q: Are towels/bedlinen included?
A: Yes.
Q: Do you provide any toiletries?
A: Yes, we provide Molton Brown toiletries – these are for use during a guest’s stay and must not be removed from the apartment/house.
Q: How well equipped is the kitchen?
A: Each kitchen comes with enough equipment to allow guests to cook a full scale meal from scratch!
Q: Is there a washing machine and/or dryer in the apartment/house?
A: Yes, each apartment has a washer/dryer and in the case of 7 Royal Parade and Number 14, there is a separate washing machine and dryer.
Q: Can you provide an electric heater if it’s particularly cold or a fan if it’s particularly hot?
A: Yes.
Q: Can you provide extra beds and if so, how many will you allow per property?
A: Yes, we can provide one extra bed (top quality aerobed with bedding and towels) per property at an additional charge of £20 for the whole stay.
Q: Are you child/baby friendly?
A: Yes, we welcome children of all ages and can provide travel cots (with mattress and sheet) and highchairs at no additional charge. We can also provide children’s aerobeds and bedding for an additional charge of £20 for the whole stay.
Q: Can I get online in the apartment/house?
A: Yes, we provide free WiFi internet connection in each property. Network names and passwords are included in the guest information pack.
Q: Do you provide operating instructions for the heating system, TV, white goods etc?
A: Yes, there are user friendly operating instructions in the guest information pack and we also provide a folder of manufacturer manuals as a last resort! Tomasz is also on hand all the time should he be needed!

Booking information
Please note that there is a minimum stay of two nights.
Full payment to be made 2 weeks prior to arrival. Card details required on booking.
Rates are not applicable for Christmas, New Year & March/November race meetings. Please call for further details on rates for these periods.
